Homemade chicken nuggets
1-2 chicken breasts
around 1/2 cup ranch dressing
around 1 cup crushed cornflakes
around 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (fresh is better, but the canned stuff works!)
spices (I like garlic, and paprika, the ranch and parm cheese really do flavor great!)
Heat oven to 425
Cut up the chicken into chicken nugget sizes
pour the ranch into a bowl
put the crushed corn flakes, parmesan cheese, and seasonings into another bowl
roll the chicken in ranch, and then in the crushed mixture
put it on a baking sheet
bake it for around 10 mins- or until it is cooked!
Seriously, this is soooooooooooooooooo yummy! And soooooooo easy!
